We stand by the quality of our products. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will issue you a refund to the credit card used for your original purchase or exchange an unsatisfactory product for another one if returned within 30 days. Returns/Exchanges Policy

Please follow the simple steps below to return or exchange your item. Keep in mind that you are responsible for all shipping costs to return or exchange your item and shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of damage or error. Please note: when returning an item, the item needs to be more than 50% full and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to deny the return if the item is not returned complete with original packaging. Multiple exchanges will not be allowed.

To Process Your Return or Exchange 

  1. Please email customerservice@aroomofherown.comBe sure to indicate the order number: this was emailed to you when you initially placed your order. Include the description of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and a brief explanation for the return. If exchanging, please also indicate the item(s) you would like to exchange for. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for return shipping costs. 
  1. Your return must be postmarked within 30 days of the original ship date located on your original email confirmation. We are not responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance such as USPS or UPS. We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit.

    1. We will notify you by email once your refund/exchange has been approved and processed. Once we receive your item, please allow up to 14 business days to process your return and credit your account.

    Items Broken, Damaged or Received Incorrectly

    If your order is received broken, damaged or is incorrect, please notify us within 5 business days from receipt of your order by emailing customerservice@aroomofherown.com for further instructions.Your items will be replaced with an identical product at no expense to you.

    Noteables that can impact your refund

    All returns are subject to approval before a refund is issued. Please note the following where additional fees may be applied.

    • Returned item is damaged in transit: Please pack your item securely and insure your return with your carrier. Return items damaged in transit will not be accepted for return or exchange.
    • Returned item arrives with postage due: Your order may be refused on delivery or there will be a $16 postage due fee deducted from your refund.
    • Order is returned with "Return to Sender" notice: A fee of $16 may be deducted from your refund. Please follow the steps under To Process Your Return or Exchange.
    • Order is refused upon delivery: This is not an approved return. A $16 fee may be deducted from your refund. Please follow the steps under To Process Your Return or Exchange.
