Super long-wearing and smudge-proof creme liner. Draws a perfect line without tugging on delicate eyelids. Apply with Precision Flat Liner Brush or Oval Liner Brush.
Paraben-free.

What's inside:  Lecithin conditions skin.

How to Use:  Apply with a liner brush by pressing the brush lightly along the base of lash line, using long sweeping strokes. Can be smudged while still wet for a smokey effect.
