We ship within 24 hours of your order, during regular business hours, Monday through Saturday, holidays excluded. Be sure to add the following information in "Notes" when you checkout:

The name of the person the gift certificate is for (first name is fine), for example:
TO: Cathy" and who the gift certificate is from (it doesn't need to be your formal name), for example: FROM: Mom.

If you leave information in "Notes" blank, your gift certificate will still be sent to you for you to fill out the "TO" and "FROM".
